Creamy Oat Breakfast Smoothie
1/4 cup cashews
2 dates, pitted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tablespoons oats
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/3 cup chopped frozen very ripe pear
1 scoop unsweetened vanilla protein powder
Mix cashews, dates, cinnamon, oats and almond milk together until smooth. Add pear and protein powder and mix until creamy. Makes 2 servings.
1 serving = 275 calories, 16 grams protein
